At-Home Teeth Whitening: Does it Work?

My husband and I are getting ready to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary in November. I met my love when I was just 19 so we have been together nearly 20 years! Craziness! Both my husband and I were happy with how our trays fit. They were really comfortable and molded perfectly to our teeth. We both have sensitive gums, so we rub a little coconut oil on them before putting in the whitening trays in. I leave mine on for an hour and my husband usually does 30-45 minutes. Then you clean out the trays and use the desensitizing gel and you are done. I love the second part since it makes whitening pain-free.

We have only been using these for a short time and have already noticed a HUGE difference in our teeth. I can’t wait to see how much whiter they are going to get!
