Ben & Jerry’s Salted Caramel Core Ice Cream
I have been pretty good at staying away from sweets since I started working out and eating healthier at the start of this year. Since reaching my goal weight I have been a little less strict, allowing myself the occasional treat. Awhile back Ben & Jerry’s came to the station and dropped off some of their new core ice creams. They were REALLY good. So when I saw this one at the store, a sweet cream ice cream with blonde brownies & a salted caramel core, I knew it would be good. And it is. Actually, it is MORE than good. It is amazingly delicious. Worth the calories.

iHome Portable Speaker
This was a Father’s Day WIN. My sweet hubby (who never likes ANYTHING I buy him) was seriously excited to get this little speaker. You just plug the cord into your iPhone and you have a handy dandy portable music player. It works great and only cost 20 bucks. (or 16 bucks if you have a Bed, Bath, and Beyond coupon… BOOM!) We use it both outside and inside and it holds a charge for a long time.
Hudson:
Lego Soaps
So when a the fantastic blogger behind Tarnished Tiara Mom posted a picture of these homemade lego soaps she made I KNEW I had to have some for Hudson. She makes the soaps in a number of different shapes & scents. Let me tell you, these are the cutest, most yummy smelling soaps EVER! Hudson was so excited when he first saw them, and after I had to break it to him that he could not eat them (told you they smelled good) he was ready for bath time! That kid can play in the tub FOREVER, and now he has been playing with these soaps. (he has never been this clean in his life) He told me I am the coolest mom because no other kid he knows has ever had lego soaps. Check out Tarnished Tiara Mom’s Etsy store and right now, if you ‘like’ her facebook page, you will get a code for 25% off your order!

Coloring Books & Crayons
Baby girl has been obsessed with coloring ever since she started drawing with our next door neighbors while everyone was playing in our garage. Now each morning, after her breakfast, and again… after her dinner. She points to her crayons and we have to clear off & clean her tray for her art time. She gets SO excited about it. And now Hudson has started getting involved, sitting at the table next to her drawing pictures and asking if he can borrow crayon colors from her. The Target dollar bin always has a fantastic collection of coloring books for a buck.
What are some things you and your family are loving this month?
Maddie is a coloring fanatic too!! I have crayons/paper/coloring books in every room of the house,in both vehicles and mypurse. She will sit forever and iI must admit,it's a fantastic distraction, especially at the grocery store. We've just graduated to sidewalk chalk 🙂
It makes me SO happy that she likes it, since I LOVE to color and Hudson was never into it! I need to start bringing crayons/coloring books with us when we are out and about… that is a great idea! 🙂
This is great, Thanks for sharing this.
That ice cream sounds amazing.
It is! I actually just got back from a Publix run with my son since I am craving it! 🙂
You already know therefore significantly when it comes to this topic, made me in my opinion believe it from numerous various angles. Its like men and women aren’t involved until it is one thing to do with Girl gaga! Your individual stuffs outstanding. Always take care of it up!
